-Confession Brings Freedom

Reading: 1 John 1:9; Psalm 147:3
The Samaritan woman didn't hide her sin when confronted. She said honestly, "I have no husband," and Jesus affirmed her truthfulness while exposing her need.
Confession is good for us. God already knows every detail—each hair numbered, every struggle catalogued.
Don't use theological smoke screens or religious distractions to avoid naming your sin. Call it out before the Lord: "Father, I'm struggling with this. I need Your help."
Jesus aims for the wound because He's the only one who can heal it. He binds up the brokenhearted. When sin muddies your life and dims your zeal, confession cleanses and restores.
The Lord is faithful and righteous to forgive and cleanse from all unrighteousness.
