-Jesus, Our True Tabernacle

Reading: John 7:37-39; John 1:14; Colossians 2:16-17 

Jesus arrived secretly at the Feast of Tabernacles—the very celebration that foreshadowed Him.

He is the reality the feast pointed toward: the living water, the light of the world, God's presence dwelling among us.

The word "dwelt" in John 1:14 literally means "tabernacled."

Religious leaders obsessed over rituals while remaining blind to the One the rituals revealed.

All Old Testament feasts were shadows; Christ is the substance.

Don't settle for shadows when the reality stands before you.

Jesus is God's ultimate provision, His presence with us, the fulfillment of every longing.

Look to Him—the true tabernacle who satisfies every spiritual thirst and illuminates every darkness.

Reflection Question: Am I pursuing religious activity or pursuing Christ Himself as my ultimate satisfaction?
