The crowds debated Jesus privately but remained silent publicly "for fear of the Jews."
Many recognized truth but lacked courage to confess it openly.
The fear of man is a deadly trap that causes us to suppress truth for social acceptance.
It makes us hide in shadows, grumble quietly, refuse to take up our cross.
But Christ calls us to bold, public allegiance.
He is worthy of our confession regardless of consequences—lost friendships, damaged reputations, or professional costs.
Those who trust in the Lord are set securely on high.
A lost world desperately needs to hear the gospel.
Will you be silenced by fear or emboldened by faith?
