Consumer Christianity seeks Jesus for what He can do rather than who He is.
It's possible to be active in church, serve faithfully, and still miss Jesus if you're only seeking blessings rather than the Savior Himself.
Ask yourself honestly: If Jesus never healed your disease, never provided financial breakthrough, never smoothed your hardships, would you still worship Him?
