Jesus made the most audacious claim imaginable: equality with God the Father.

This was no accident or misunderstanding—it was deliberate, clear, and worthy of death in the eyes of the religious leaders.

Jesus is not merely a good teacher or moral example; He is God incarnate, working in perfect unity with the Father. 

C.S. Lewis was right: Jesus is either a liar, a lunatic, or Lord. There is no middle ground for comfortable admiration. The Father and Son work in seamless coordination—what one does, the other does. This divine teamwork should inspire our own unity as believers.
