Behold the Lamb: The Testimony of John the Baptist

This week we explored John the Baptist's testimony about Jesus. John, though filled with the Holy Spirit from birth, wasn't part of the religious elite. Yet he boldly proclaimed the coming Messiah, baptizing both Jews and Gentiles—something revolutionary for his time. His message was simple: "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." John's greatest declaration was identifying Jesus as "the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world," emphasizing that salvation extends beyond Israel to all people.
